Perm £28,000 – £30,000 PA + Benefits – London Waterloo/Berkshire

 

My client is currently going through a period of growth a very exciting time to join their existing team as an experienced Sales Compensation Analyst reporting into the Head of EMEA Sales Operations.

 

This diverse role is working closely with the Sales and Operations team. A crucial role that supports the growth of the business.

 

As the Sales Compensation Analyst you will be a strategic thinker with strong analysis skills, you will be expected to extract data from Salesforce and provide sales analytics, reporting on targets and commissions. You must be able to recreate sales commission plans, produce dashboards and reports that enable decision making around sales performance, productivity, actuals vs forecast and other KPI’s.

 

Strong stakeholder experience is required for this role as you will be required to collaborate with internal Operational teams, Sales teams, Senior Management team including VP of Sales and the CFO.

 

The ideal candidate must have strong Excel skills, analytical abilities and a good understanding of CRM, (Salesforce preferable).
