My client a global leader are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Recruitment Coordinator in a fast paced environment.


  • Providing full administration in the recruitment process
  • Supporting 3-4 Recruiters
  • Also supporting European recruiters in different time zones
  • Assist with Invoicing, PO’s and requisitions
  • Arranging interviews
  • Liaising with various internal teams including HR
  • Ensure the contract terms are in line with systems and can be processed by the support services Provisioning, Billing, CRM.

Essential skills:

  • A high level of service is expected at all times
  • Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
  • Excellent administrative experience
  • Recruitment experience would be desirable
  • Responsive and forward thinking
  • Your accuracy and quality of work will be second to none
  • Respecting confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent PC skills
