My client a global leader are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Coordinator.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Recruitment Coordinator in a fast paced environment.
- Providing full administration in the recruitment process
- Supporting 3-4 Recruiters
- Also supporting European recruiters in different time zones
- Assist with Invoicing, PO’s and requisitions
- Arranging interviews
- Liaising with various internal teams including HR
- Ensure the contract terms are in line with systems and can be processed by the support services Provisioning, Billing, CRM.
- A high level of service is expected at all times
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
- Excellent administrative experience
- Recruitment experience would be desirable
- Responsive and forward thinking
- Your accuracy and quality of work will be second to none
- Respecting confidentiality at all times
- Excellent PC skills
