£23,000 – £25,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits – Reading, Berkshire


New opportunity working for our client based in Central Reading. 

Our client urgently requires a Team Administrator, who will be responsible for supporting the Property Area of the business working with small dedicated group of Managers.


The role is varied and requires a proactive candidate with a flexible attitude and the overriding ability to prioritise your workload.

Key Duties and Areas of Responsibility

  • Typing of correspondence, minutes, reports and other documents
  • Organisation of meetings and providing hospitality support for meetings and visitors
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling responses where appropriate
  • Liaising with tenants, suppliers and Maintenance of tenant contact lists and Tenant welcome letters
  • Updating and maintaining the photographic library
  • Maintaining asbestos report records
  • Arranging general inspections and Reporting distribution
  • Manage H&S priority actions to contractors/property managers including updating the H&S compliance database (Sharepoint)
  • Devising and maintaining office systems including data management and filing
  • EPC spreadsheet update
  • Maintain and create property bibles
  • Reception cover from time to time

Skills and experience

  • Excellent and accurate keyboard skills required with attention to detail
  • Previous secretarial/admin experience
  • Good working knowledge of various applications – Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
  • Taking care and attention on all correspondence and documentation
  • A methodical and organised approach with keen attention paid to every detail
  • Good organisational skills to ensure that the tasks are effectively scheduled within working time available, and that urgent work is completed and returned within the specified timescales
  • Work as part of a team with the ability to deliver a quality service
