Our client a large solutions provider in Hounslow are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake the processing of the Company monthly payroll in excess of 150 employees
- Maintenance of ADP payroll system and liaison with HR on the exchange of instructions and information
- Updating and maintaining electronic and paper records as appropriate
- Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
- Ensure correct procedure and authorisation are followed regarding pay changes or one off instructions
- Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations, especially with HMRC including RTI, P45’s, P46’s, tax processing, NI Knowledge
- Calculation and processing of termination payments including preparation of P45’s and P60’s
- Processing increases and calculation of back pay where applicable
- Preparing monthly reports in line with the requirements of Finance Department
- Managing the administration of auto-enrolment and pensions in line with the legislation requirements
- Support the administration team with the processing of work orders and any other processes related to the daily administration as directed by the Financial Controller
- Other Ad Hoc Office duties
Skills required:
- Previous Payroll experience – essential
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Numerate, analytical with excellent data entry skills within Payroll
- High level of attention to detail
- ADP Payroll system knowledge
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and payroll systems
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Department
