Temp to Perm £15ph / £30k pa – Hounslow London

 

Our client a large solutions provider in Hounslow are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake the processing of the Company monthly payroll in excess of 150 employees
  • Maintenance of ADP payroll system and liaison with HR on the exchange of instructions and information
  • Updating and maintaining electronic and paper records as appropriate
  • Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries
  • Ensure correct procedure and authorisation are followed regarding pay changes or one off instructions
  • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations, especially with HMRC including RTI, P45’s, P46’s, tax processing, NI Knowledge
  • Calculation and processing of termination payments including preparation of P45’s and P60’s
  • Processing increases and calculation of back pay where applicable
  • Preparing monthly reports in line with the requirements of Finance Department
  • Managing the administration of auto-enrolment and pensions in line with the legislation requirements
  • Support the administration team with the processing of work orders and any other processes related to the daily administration as directed by the Financial Controller
  • Other Ad Hoc Office duties

 Skills required:

  • Previous Payroll experience – essential
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Numerate, analytical with excellent data entry skills within Payroll
  • High level of attention to detail
  • ADP Payroll system knowledge
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and payroll systems
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the Department
