My Client is currently looking to recruit a Management Training Consultant Specialising in Leadership and Management.
This is a home based role covering the Midlands, Yorkshire & North West, please note you are not on site everyday it is a homebased role with regular visits to client site.
You will be working with a wide client base from varied industries and sectors. Looking to recruit a competent professional who can design, deliver and assess level 3 and level 5 management apprenticeship (standards) programmes.
A few requirements:-
- Applicants will have a proven track record of effective delivery and knowledge of Leadership and Management principles and theories, hold a Management Qualification at L5 or above to include Teaching and Assessor qualifications e.g. PTLLS/TAQA A1/D32/D33.
- You will have held a managerial position in a previous role(s) and be able to draw from credible business experience to benefit their learners. This exciting opportunity will suit someone who is ambitious, knowledgeable and wishes to share their skills.
- You must be able to manage your time effectively, form effective partnerships and support the desired outcomes for apprentices.
