As a Junior Solutions Engineer (Associate), you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end success of opportunities; including pre-sales support, requirements gathering, solution design, pricing, and internal and external facing documentation, leading to a successful hand off into implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Drive incremental revenue through the development of technical and business relationships, supporting sales opportunities
  • Further develop your consultative selling approach, identifying client’s business needs, determine client desired outcomes and create a resilient solution, including cloud recovery, consulting services, software services and managed services
  • Grow your technical and professional experience
  • Collaborate to provide clear communication and internal cooperation with other teams: Sales, Service Management, Operations, Legal, Contract Administration and executive team to drive sales success
  • Partner with the sales team to design, price and propose solutions for customers
  • Accountable for high level (ROM) and detailed development estimates for a proposed solution
  • Identity and feedback efficiencies and process improvements identified whilst performing the role
  • Travel as required
  • Develop and deliver effective professional presentations at any internal or external level
  • Complete all assigned product, project, services, policy and other training as assigned by management
