Interim (2days) £350.00 per day London SW20

 

Our client is currently looking to recruit an Interim HR Manager who will be the first point of contact for HR issues, providing accurate information, advice and help to managers and employees regarding all aspects of employment.

  • Responsible for end to end recruitment of all approved vacancies, working through the process closely with Line Managers
  • Issuing appropriate contracts of employment, change letters and any other appropriate correspondence as required
  • Provide advice to Managers and staff on general HR and ER issues in accordance with all employee handbooks, contracts and best practice
  • Payroll – ensure all administration and change processes are accurately documented and recorded and all deadlines/liaison is ensured with Payroll bureau

 Experience:

  • Proven broad-based HR generalist experience/ideally within primary care environment or broad NHS
  • MCIPD Qualified
  • Knowledge of HR generalist matters (ER, Resourcing, compensation and benefits, employee development)
  • Must have hands-on style, flexible in approach.  Fast learner with ability to deal with ambiguity key

  • Business as usual
  • Origination of HR employee database and ongoing updating
  • Review HR data files to ensure adherence to GDPR requirements
  • Review, update and communicate updated TOIL policy for the practice
  • Contractual reviews of key roles
  • Market salary review (already in progress) for key employee group
