This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven HR Officer to join professional and forward thinking organisation. The roll is diverse and requires a hand on approach along with the ability to apply your knowledge and experience to HR related projects within the business.

Duties include:

  • Ensuring all strategies, policies and practices are in line with organisational goals
  • Providing generalist HR service to managers and employees including coaching
  • Working with the HR Manager to enhance current recruitment process and procedures to deliver improvements
  • Employee Relations
  • Supporting the annual performance management
  • GDPR and Compliance
  • Recruitment process from authorisation stage to final offer
  • HR administration

What you will need:

  • Demonstrable HR Generalist experience and employment law knowledge, with a good knowledge of HR best practice
  • Excellent administrative skills, with demonstrable accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a task-orientated approach
  • CIPD Finalist or Qualified
