Permanent up to £25,000 Bracknell, Berks

My client based in Bracknell is currently looking to recruit an ‘Enrolment Administrator’. Ideally looking to start immediately.

Looking for a strong administrator with a methodical approach. You will be dealing with commercial clients, have excellent attention to detail with a flexible approach.


  • Conduct initial assessments for potential Apprenticeship learners
  • Provide weekly Levy stats to the Levy Team and the Board
  • Responsible for producing a schedule of workshops, allocate venues and ensuring attendance is maintained
  • Ensure timely enrolments are booked into the Compliance Calendar
  • Provide learners with welcome letters and workshop dates
  • Provide support to employers to setup learners on systems
  • Attend meetings both internal and external

 Skills required:-

  • A good understanding of the Employer’s Levy
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrate staff and customer engagement skills leading to successful long-term relationships
  • Keen to continuously develop
  • A positive approach.

Working hours of 9:00-17:00
