Working with our clients who are a high end retailer. Your key areas of responsibility will include working in a team to transition to our clients new Finance Target Operating model. The role will require a Change Manager with Finance expertise to drive and deliver the majority of the transition activates by the end of this year.
You will be working closely with the Heads of Finance to agree how this high level plan will be communicated and delivered across your area of Finance.
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Production of a detailed, integrated transition plan
- Monitor and tracking of the plan
- Defining priorities and sequencing of the transition
- Work with the Implementation Managers
Define the ways of working across process change, knowledge transfer, service governance, training, recruitment, change impact assessments, IT, resolving and complete related activities during the transition assessments.
The role requires an Implementation Manager with a track record of delivering high level transition plans, the ability to communicate across key stakeholders within the Business and manage the change with sensitivity and diplomacy.
