My client is growing and developing its offering to its customers and aims to develop the people they recruit for the long haul.
As an Internal Account Executive you will pro-actively manage the accounts service levels by investigating, reporting and proposing actions on service continuously.
This Internal Account Executive position will require you to effectively manage a portfolio of customers, including planning and prioritising sales activity in order to ensure retention of customers across the region along with continued growth and profitability.
Working in a SME you will be responsible for the day to day management of your key clients. The Internal Account Executive role requires a high level of communication and the ability to deliver service levels to the clients.
The right individual will have strong B2B account management background who is a self- motivator with lots of drive and personality.
The position is varied and will require you to think on your feet and solve problems and issues on a daily basis especially in the first instance. Strong IT systems are needed as you work across CRM, Logistics and Finance systems within the business.
Good analytical and numeracy skills including knowledge in Excel are needed. You are required to negotiate price dependant on volumes and demand as is the ability to analyse the data and communicate results to the client when you conduct review meetings.

This is a permanent role which requires you to work a rotating 3 week shift pattern 8.30am-5pm, 9am-5.30pm and 9.30am-6pm in the Marlow Office.
