Urgent Requirement for 2 months working as an Accounts Assistant to support our client whilst they go through budgeting and a systems implementation.
This role will require you to support the current finance team in the day to day running of the finance function.
You will be working directly for the Finance Business Partner and will assist with the data cleansing and day to day accounts activities.
Excel skills including Pivot and V look ups are required as the current accounts are produced in Excel.
You will be involved with inputting journals, accruals, recoding, helping with the production of the management accounts and looking at monthly income and expenditure. Working with the team to produce month end and year end BS Reconciliations.
Ideally you will have worked in a small/medium sized organisation and have produced management accounts.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible CAN DO attitude and be prepared to turn the numbers on a day to day basis and help them with the data migration and detail involved when you transmission from one system to another.
Strong EXCEL is ESSENTIAL as well as good data analysis skills. This is a busy period for this team and as such they will require you to pick up information quickly and at the same time be detail orientated.
