Hayley has over six years recruitment experience and joined Plumstead Bond in 2012. Prior to 2012, Hayley worked for Reed, Hays and Robert Half, where she gained a wealth of recruitment skills, knowledge and experience. Hayley is a specialist in Finance & Accountancy, recruiting at all levels and manages a thriving temporary & interim desk. She is passionate about building long term professional relationships and enjoys the satisfaction of getting the right fit, first time.

Since 2003 John has specialised in the recruitment industry where he has worked for a number of executive recruitment companies and has hands on experience of managing change and high growth strategies. John is as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Marianne commenced her role as Finance & Office Manager with Plumstead Bond in January 2012. She has enjoyed a financial career in various sectors ranging from banks, building societies and construction with 12 years having been completed within the Recruitment industry.  Marianne brings many great attributes to Plumstead Bond such as her fantastic work ethic and her professional and motivated attitude.

Working at Plumstead Bond has been pivotal in growing our existing business within the Commercial Sector. She services both the Temporary and Interim desk within areas such as Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, Client Services and Service Delivery as well as back office support functions. Laura looks to place the highest quality of temporary staff in those companies she partners with on a daily basis. She not only been able to build on existing relationships but also to cement those with new clients. She is professional, passionate and enjoys working with clients and candidates alike.
